Professional and Executive Education

The heart of a public or non-profit organization is the value it creates. The Voinovich School teaches leaders how to think critically and strategically about their organization as a value-creating entity.

Our program challenges participants to examine whether their skills, attributes and abilities that made them successful in the past will serve them well in new challenges and additional levels of responsibilities they may face in the future. Adapting to and anticipating change is a key skill for today’s leaders. The Voinovich School programs provide the tools for mastering change and creating innovative environments.

Having the right metrics and using it strategically helps an organization maximize its value. The Voinovich School programs present strategies for using performance measurement and data to make strategic decisions.

The Voinovich School professional and executive education targets the developmental needs of a wide range of government and other public sector employees, along with non-profit professionals – from emerging leaders to executives – who are looking to update and sharpen their knowledge and skills.
